The 2nd Sunday of every month is a fun and busy day. It starts with my Sweet & Simple Class at 2 pm and at 5:30 I have my monthly Stamping Bee Team Meeting. Because we meet at dinner time, we share a meal – this week we had a chicken Cesar salad, fresh pineapple, potato rolls, and homemade apple cake that Susan’s aunt made for us – talk about stamping, and make some projects. Sometimes we make cards, and sometimes it’s other paper crafting projects. This month, we made treat holders and little gifty type things to either sell at craft fairs, or give at the holidays. So much fun!
The best part of the Stamping Bee Team Meeting is our monthly card swap. Everyone brings multiple copies of a single card they made, and we ‘swap’. It’s fun to see all the creativity in this very talented group of ladies! Since my Sweet & Simple Class focused on the Making Christmas Bright Bundle, I decided to stick with my theme. I love the bright primary colors, don’t you?
There two other outstanding cards this month. Being the team leader, I can honestly say that I love watching the creative growth both of these ladies have shown. After all, isn’t that what being a leader is all about? Encouraging others to reach their full potential? I think these ladies are well on their way!
