First there was gold. Then, silver. But WOW! Look at that copper! I was face timing with a friend while crafting on Saturday, and thought, I wonder what would happen if I heat embossed this detailed deer from the Dashing Deer bundle? Since I was using the fun reindeer patterned paper with copper star accents from the Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Series Paper, I grabbed my Copper Embossing Powder and got to work.
My friend wondered if it would just melt away all the details. I was pleasantly surprised though. It did mute the design; he’s not so ‘lacy’ looking. But he’s still elegant and looks so amazing in shiny copper embossing powder. It gave me chills when it was all put together! Just lovely.
