Tutti Frutti:  Yay Friend!

What’s black and white and Lemon Lime Twist all over?  This ah-mazing Yay! Friend card using the Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper and Fruit Basket Stamp Set from the2018 Occasions Catalog. And you know what I like about this card?  It’s all about the color. There isn’t a single fruit basket insight.  Talk about versatility of Stampin’ Up! products.  

I love how the Lemon Lime Twist becomes the star of the show by pairing it with such stark contrasts of Basic Black and Whisper White.  It certainly has a very modern feel to it with the contrast between the crisp angles of the banners and Sparkle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder paired with the softness of the scalloped circle  This design is crisp, clean, and tailored, with a bit of understated elegance.

The Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper has a little bit of something for everyone.  From and luscious fruit to bold and vibrant patterns, it’s easy to see how it can be used for any occasion. ​

Base:  Basic Black, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″,  scored at 4 1/4″ and emboss with Sparkle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Layer 1: Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper, Kiwis, 4″ x 2 1/4″
Layer 2:  Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper, Black Stripes, 3 1/2″ x 2
Layer 3:  Lemon Lime Twist Scalloped Circle 
Layer 4:  Basic Black Scalloped Circle
Layer 5:  Whisper White Circle

1. Stamp sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto Layer 5.  Adhere Layers 3-5.
2. Using the Banner Triple  Punch, punch edge of Layer 2.  Cut a matching banner edge on Layer 1 and adhere both to the base. 
3. Add circles to base and finish with a Lemon Lime Twist  bow and a single rhinestone. ​
