My son, aka ‘The Lad’, called me last night and of course, that just made my day. He was making tacos at 10 pm for dinner, and telling me all about how much he loves his new job. I’m just so incredibly proud of him. So in the midst of making videos, finishing tutorials, packing up card kits, and just the general flurry of last minute preparations for tomorrow’s mini retreat, I decided to make a card for him. The crafter in me is screaming, “ADD A BOW OR TIE A KNOT! DO SOMETHING!” But knowing my boy, he’s going to love the masculine simplicity of this. And…I used his favorite color, too!
Wishing you all a ‘Crafty Weekend’. Come join me tomorrow morning at 9 am for my Crafty Saturday Facebook Live. I think I’ll take this card and see what we can do to ‘jazz it up’ a little. What do you think?
