Sending Love Decor

Those  of you who know me, know that my decorating is pretty minimalist.  I don’t collect anything so I don’t have collections or displays around the house.  And any time I buy something, I hear my dad say,  “It will only gather dust.”  In fact, I showed my sister this pretty pendant light from Pier 1 last night, and her reply was, “It’s pretty, but how will you clean it?”  

So, other than Christmas, I don’t do a lot of seasonal decorating. However, I found these cute bottles at the store the other day and I thought they’d make cute Valentine’s party decor.  

It didn’t take long.  I ran a few Love Notes hearts through the Big Showww.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=143263&dbwsdemoidt and wrapped some Sending Love designer series paper around the milk bottle.  And I was thrilled to find a new use for the mini pompom trim!  I even colored a paper straw by sponging on some  Real Red ink. 

Now…to go find the peanut M&M’s that didn’t fit in the bottles!
