The first snowfall is always special. And a Christmas snow is magical as well. I know it get cold, and the snow turns from Whisper White to Gray Granite from salt and sand, but a Christmas without snow is like a tree without presents; it’s just plain sad.
That said…guess where I’m spending my Christmas this year? No, not my hometown of Spokane, though wouldn’t that be nice? And no, not Aspen or Breckenridge, or even back to New Jersey. This year, I’m spending the holidays with my sister an her family…in SAN DIEGO! And even though there won’t be snow, how can Christmas be sad when surrounded by the excitement of my young niece and nephew? Plus, the Lad and my parents will be there, too. There won’t be any snow for Christmas this year, but there will be palm trees and amazing views of the Pacific.
But that doesn’t mean I won’t be wishing for a White Christmas…so bundle up and stay tuned this week as I explore the Spirited Snowman Stamp Set.
