masculine Get Well

Last week, my brother-in-law had surgery for a ruptured stomach ulcer.  I volunteered to make a get well card.  With the 4th of July quickly approaching I decided to use a patriotic theme. 

I love this gate fold card.  It’s a simple fold, that’s sure to impress.  Using Whisper White card stock, I cut it into 4 ¼” X 11″,  then scored the sides 2 3/4″ from each end, and folded the ends in towards the middle.   The stars are layerd with Night of Navy and Real Red cardstock.  To adhere them to the card, use adhesive only on the left side; you don’t want to glue your card shut!

I hope he feels better soon!
