Lemon Lime Whimsy

You have to admit, Lemon Lime Twist for Christmas is not the most traditional of Christmas Colors.  In fact, some might say it was down right whimsical.  Which makes it perfect to pair with the Seasons of Whimsy host stamp set.   

And while there are Christmas decorations, this set would also work for New Year’s, Valentine’s, Chinese New Year, and even the 4th of July.  I really stamp sets that can be used for more than one occasion.  You just get to use them longer!

Base:  Lemon Lime Twist 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
Layer 1:  Basic Black, 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
Layer 2:  Lemon Lime Twist, 5″ x 3 3/4″, embossed with Holly Embossing Folder
Layer 3:  Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon
Layer 4:  Basic Black, 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″
Layer 5: Lemon Lime Twist, 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Layer 6: Basic Black, 2 3/8″ x 2 3/8″
Layer 7:  Whisper White, 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″

1. Squeeze a little Lemon Lime Twist ink into the lid of the stamp pad.  Pick up ink with Clear Wink of Stella and quickly add color to layer 7.  Let dry, then stamp image on Basic black. 
2. Adhere Layers 2 & 3 and wrap with ribbon.  Tie a bow near the top.
3. Assemble layers 4-7 and add to card with dimensonals.  
4. Finish with 3 Black Rhinestone Jewls.
