Christmas in July:  Stylish Christmas

Saturday, we kicked off Christmas in July week with my Crafty Saturday Facebook Live which featured the Stylish Christmas Stamp Set and Under the Mistletoe 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper.  I had great fun making a 3-panel card, a bag, and an envelope all from 1 – 12 ” x 12″ sheet of paper! (If you missed missed it live, you can always go back and watch the replay. )

Today, and all this week, I’ll be featuring the Stylish Christmas Stamp Set in a variety of ways.  When you start crafting with it, you realize there’s a lot more to it than poinsettias and plaid paper.  Not that there’s anything wrong with that!  But look at that stylish swirl!  I absolutely love it!   It’s so fun to play with, and I love the red and white candy cane feel on this card.

Base:  Whisper White Thick Cardstock, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Layer 1:  Real Red, 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
Layer 2: Whisper White, 5″ x 3 3/4″
Layer 4: Real Red Sunburst Punch
Layer 5:  Whisper White, 2″ Circle Punch.

1. Stamp sentiment onto Layer 5 in Real Red.  Adhere to Layer 4. 
2. Stamp swirls onto Layer 2 in Real Red.  Adhere to Layer 1.  Wrap with Whisper White 3/8″ Classic Weave Ribbon and tie a Knot.  Adhere to Base. 
3. Adhere sentiment to cared with dimensionals. 
4. Finish with 3 Gold Metallic Pearls.
