Is it too early for Trick or Treating?

I’m so excited!  The Hubs and I are going to visit the Lad tomorrow!  Last year, he came home about every other weekend.  I spent a lot of time driving the 2.5 hours back and forth to Charlotte.  This year, he has an internship and works on campus, so he isn’t coming as often.  So, we’ll go make a day out of it. If the weather’s good (as in, not too hot or humid) we’ll walk around the Botanical Garden on campus.  Of course, there will be lunch/dinner out and a trip to the grocery store fill up his fridge and pantry.  And, if I’m very good, the Hubs has promised we can go to IKEA, too!

We never visit empty handed.  He has 3 roommates this year.  I made these cute miniature coffee cups using the Halloween Night Designer Series Paper and my favorite vampire from the Cookie Cutter  Halloween Stamp Set.  I’m going to fill them up with candy corn to share with the guys.  Shhhh…it’s a surprise!  I’d put chocolates, but since it’s still 90F, I don’t want them to melt in the car!
