How cute is this??? Let’s face it. we all need a little encouragement from time to time. See someone having a bad day and hand them this card, and just like that, you’ve brightened their day.

The Lemon Zest Bundle is perfect for quick stamping, too, since it comes with a punch to quickly and easily punch out the lemon and the leaves. No fussy cutting with snips, and no need to get out the Big Shot. It’s as quick as stamp, punch, and stick (to the card).

And did you notice the new Pick a Pattern Washi Tape along the right margin? I’m really excited that the new washi tape is color coordinated to match more than single sets of designer series paper this year. The Pick a Pattern Washi Tape comes in 5 rolls, with widths varying from 1/8″ to 1″. Washi adds just a little extra zing to a card, without adding to the bulk, making it perfect for mailing!

This design was CASE’d right out of Stampin’ Success, Stampin’ Up!’s quarterly magazine for demonstrators, whether you’re a ‘happy shopper’ who loves getting a great discount on all purchases, or a business minded demonstrator. I really look forward to getting my issue every quarter since it’s full of tips, techniques, and tutorials; it’s just one more reason I love being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.

Today’s Tutorial

Base: Whisper White Note Card, 5″ x 3 1/2″
Layer 1: Whisper White, 4″ x 4″

Stamp “If life gives you lemons” in Archival Black, directly on Note Card.
Stamp “Live it with zest” in Daffodil Delight, below it, off set to the right.
Stamp one lemon in Daffodil Delight, directly on to the Note Card.
Stamp another lemon and two leaves (in Emerald Envy) on the 4″ x 4″ square and punch out.
Adhere one leaf behind punched lemon . Adhere lemon to card with dimensionals, slightly overlapping the one previously stamped. Add the remaining leave with a dimensional.
Add a strip of the Pick a Pattern Washi Tape along the right hand border.
