Ice Cream Week Continues with a Special Offer

What’s a birthday without some ice cream?  And the happiest birthday this will be, too.  This is a Quick and Cute card, that was designed by my friend Selene Kempton, and was shared with me at the Stamping Bee and Stampers with Heart quarterly retreat in January.  There are some simple layers and a quick bit of stamping.  But what makes this card stand out is the 3 layers of Tasty Treats Designer Washi Tape.
