My husband loves Black Friday. He plans ahead, studying the online ads, gets a paper for the ads on Thanksgiving, and routes out his shopping maps of best buys and sales. I, on the other hand, like to stay snuggled warm in bed after cooking and feasting on Thanksgiving. We’ve come to an understanding; he goes shopping and I have a hot breakfast waiting for him when he returns home. Then, I spend the day wrapping presents while he hangs the Christmas lights. It’s a good system and one that seems to work well for us.
