If last night is any indication, March’s “In like a Lion” is certainly true! We had one wild storm last night – thunder, lightening, wind, and rain that lasted for hours. It’s been several months since our weather warning alarm has gone off. It’s a scary sound, but it does provide a sense of safety, especially when there are no tornado sirens in the area!
I spent the evening up in my craft studio, making some quick birthday cards. The glimmer paper from the second Sale-a-Bration release adds some real ‘wow’ to these birthday wishes. The Window Box Thinlet Dies create a fun window for just the right amount of the glimmer paper to shine through. The greeting is from Build a Birthday Stamp Set. I thought it was the perfect font for this card.
Crafting during a lightening storm certainly has its challenges. You never know if the lights are going to stay on! Luckily, we didn’t lose power last night, but the TV did lose is satellite connection a few times. It’s hard to watch the weather channel when the TV goes out! We’ll watch and see if this month truly does “Go out like a Lamb.”
