Friday Tip: Think Outside the Box!

I hope you and your family had a lovely Thanksgiving.  We celebrated with our neighbors.  There were rousing games of Sorry and Mexican Train Dominoes  There was lots of fun, laughter, and more food than we could possibly eat.  I am so thankful my for family and friends and am looking forward this holiday season. 

Were you wondering how I was going to use this week’s Pleasant Pheasants after Thanksgiving!  Ta Da!  This sentiment works perfect with a little Real Red and Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper!  Think outside the box, or in this case, the stamp case, and revisit some of those sentiments.  I’ll bet you can get a lot more mileage out of seasonal stamp sets this way!

Base: Real Red, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Layer 1: Basic Black, 2 “” x 5 1/2″
Layer 2: Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper: 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
Layer 3: Basic Black Starburst Punch
Layer 4: Whisper White 2″ Circle Punch

1. Stamp Sentiment in Real Red onto Layer 4. Adhere to Layer 3. 
2. Adhere Layers 1 & 2.  Wrap with Gold 1/8″ Cord and secure in the back.  Adhere to Base. 
3. Add circles with dimensionals. 
4. Finish with 3 Red Rhinestones and tie a knot with the cord.
