For You on Friday

I promise…this is that last Paper Pumpkin card for the week.  When I told you I liked the stamp set that came with April’s Sentimental Rose Kit, I wasn’t kidding.  But there was one stamp in the set that had me stumped.  It’s this row of little dots…What in the world was I supposed to do with that?  Then, in the middle of the night, I thought, “Hyacinths!”.  So, I had to get up and make a hyacinth card for you!  

I’ve had great fun playing with Paper Pumpkin this week.  I honestly can’t say when I’ve enjoyed a Paper Pumpkin kit more than this one.  And I really can’t wait until next month’s Hugs from Shelli  kit.  Since I’ve already had a sneak peak and I just love the romantic, vintage feel.  Be sure to sign up by May 10th to receive yours!

Base: Highland Heather, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder
Layer 2: Gorgeous Grape, punched with Decorative Ribbon Border Punch (x2)
Layer 3:  Whisper White, 5 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ 

1. Only Layer 3, stamp flower Stems in Granny Apple Green, alternating full in and stamped off.  Cover most of stamped image with Post It notes and stamp flowers in Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.    Add sentiment in Gorgeous Grape. 
2. Adhere Layers 2-3. Wrap With Linen Thread and Tie a Bow.  Add to card Base.
