I’m have the happy fortune of being part of a Creating Success training group. This group of ladies (and men!) gets together and swaps cards three times per year – or every time Stampin’ Up! releases a new catalog. I’m always so excited to get my swaps back because every single card is artisan quality.
This week, I’m going to share some of those swapped cards with you, starting with one of my favorite sets, Cookie Cutter Halloween.
I’ve used this set several times in the last few weeks and when I saw this card, I though , “Wow! I would never have thought to make Old Olive the predominant color!” I just love it. The green is just awesome. and I love the little rhinestone in her bow, too. Very girly!
Tamara used some nice subtle shading on her scarecrow. The torn Petals and Paisleys designer series paper adds to that rustic feel, as does the little linen thread around his neck. I see that he’s no better at keeping the crows away than our scarecrow ever did!
I can hardly wait to show you what cards I’ve chosen for tomorrow!
