Crafty Saturday: Varied Vases

Look what came yesterday!  My new Varied Vases** bundle! I couldn’t wait to play with it and thought it would make the perfect Sweet & Simple Mother’s Day card.  Not all mother’s are frilly and fussy…some like a sleek, modern, minimalist look.  This one suits my taste – and that of my mother’s, just fine. 

The Varied Vases** bundle is available starting June 2nd.  And I’ll be featuring it in my 16-card Extravaganza on Saturday, June 23.  I can’t wait to design this class.  There’s really no limit to what you can do with this bundle!

Wishing you a very Happy Mother’s Day weekend.  I believe the Lad is coming home tonight; I can’t wait to see him.  And here’s a picture of my Storm – my spunky and loving Mother’s Day present from 5 years ago.  She was so sick, we didn’t think she’s last the weekend.  And it was touch and go for about two weeks.  But she’s been making up for lost time ever since.  

In the video, you’ll see that I smudged the sentiment.  I added a banner and covered it up.  Good as new!   I love a quick fix, don’t you?  You’ll also see in the photo, I added some pearls to finish off the orchids.  It really added a little bit of WOW to the project.
