Christmas in July Continues with Stylish Christmas: Beauty and Joy

The  Stylish Christmas Stamp Set is more than just poinsettias and swirls.  There are also some lovely sentiments, that are perfect throughout the holiday season.  It’s easy to capture the beauty of the holidays with a just a few punches and embossing folder, too.   Add a little bling with the some Metallic Pearls and Silver Glimmer Paper, and let the festivities begin!

Speaking of festivities…last night was my Back to the 80s Stampin’ Bingo!  Twelve of us got together to celebrate Big Hair, Blue Eye Shadow, Bon Jovi, and of course, 30 years of Stampin’ Up! goodness!  In keeping with the theme, we had Dominoes pizza (that was new in the 80s!) and we went all the way with a box of Franzia White Zinfandel!  There was a prize for the best dressed, with the winner receiving the very retro Free Cake stamp set! Other Bingo Prizes included, embossing folders, the Celebrate You Thinlet Dies, a full pack of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper (this was featured in our Make-N-Takes!), the Darling Label Punch Box (also featured in our Make-N-Takes), and a $20 Gift Certificate for new Stampin’ Up! products.   We really did have a great time!

Base, Whisper White Thick, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Layer 1: Real Red, 5 1/* x 3 7/8″
Layer 2: Whisper White 5″ x 3 3/4″, embossed with Simple Stripes Embossing Folder
Layer 3:  Real Red, 4 1/4″ x 1 1/2″, punched with  Banner Triple Punch
Layer 4: Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper, 4″ x 1″, punched with  Banner Triple Punch
Layer 5: Silver Glimmer Paper, 3 3/4″ x 1/2″, punched with  Banner Triple Punch
Layer 6: Real Red, Punched with Starburst Punch
Layer 7: Whisper White, 2″ Circle Punch

1. Stamp Sentiment in Real Red onto Layer 7.  Adhere to Layer 6. 
2. Adhere layers 1-5 to Base.  Add Circles with dimensionals. 
3. Finish with Metallic Pearls.
