CASE-ing Tuesday 185: Life is Grand

Happy CASE-ing Tuesday!  It’s a glorious morning…Life is Grand, in fact!  My dogs have not slept well in weeks, which means, I haven’t slept well in weeks!  And last night, they slept for 7 full hours!  All I know is I haven’t slept that well since the Lad went back to the mountains after Christmas.  And boy did I need it!

I’ve spent the last few days deep in preparation for this Sunday’s Sweet & Simple Class, as well as for my Stamping Bee Team Meeting.  It’s going to a packed house, too, for both events.  And we have a special guest coming from the Stampin’ Up! home office.  It’s going to be such a great day and I’ve worked really hard to make the cards extra special. 

I’ve been using the Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper for both events.  If you had asked me at November’s Onstage what I thought of this paper, I would have told you I probably wouldn’t use much of it.  The patterns are bold and the  colors too bright for me.  But you know what?  It’s my GO TO designer series paper now.   It’s a far cry from my usual softer, more subtle colors, but I like it!  It it was the first thing I grabbed for this week’s #CaseingTuesday185 Challenge.   Add a splash of color and a sentiment from the Life is Grand Stamp Set and you’ve got a WOW card that’s a perfect example of #SimpleStamping.
