CASE-ing – or Copy and Share Everything – is a fun and safe way to try new techniques or layouts. Today’s CASE-ing Tuesday card is no exception and in fact, although it looks simple, it’s actually a challenge to get the right colors, patterns, and textures with these smaller layers. Let’s just put it this way; this is NOT the card I originally had in my head!
This is actually the first time I used the Home to Roost Stamp Set. This is one of the Sale-a-Bration sets which is free with a $50 purchase and it just so happens to be my Product of the Week. I can’t wait to show you what else I’ve made with it!

Adorable, great idea with the chicken. I would have not thought to put the chicken with vibrant colors, but it really works. I need to remember that.
Funny you should mention vibrant colors. I thought I’d go with just neutrals and that didn’t work for me at all!
