CASE-ing Tuesday #155: Stylish ‘Blue’ Christmas

Christmas in July week continues with today’s #CASEingTuesday blog.  When I saw today’s CASE-ing design, I knew right away that I wanted to play with the swirls and snowflake pattern from the Stylish Christmas Stamp Set.   And what better way to show them off in their splendour than to heat emboss twice: once in white and once in silver!  After all, what’s Christmas with out a lot of bling and sparkle?

Makeover the card (pictured above). You can change a lot, a little or make the card just as it is in the catalog. Then post it to the Facebook thread. We can’t wait to see your cards. You can use the following hashtag if you post your card elsewhere on Facebook #CASEingtuesday155

ase:  Night of Navy, 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″
Layer 2: Whisper White, 1 7/8″ x 4″, punched with Banner Triple Punch
Inside Layer, Whisper White, 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″

1. On the Base: 
   1. Stamp swirls in Versamark.  Sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat set until fully melted. 
   2. Stamp snowflakes in Versamark.  Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and heat set until fully melted. 
2. Stamp sentiment in Night of Navy onto Layer 2.  Sponge edges with Night of Navy.  Add to Base with dimensionals. 
3. Add 3 rhinestones to finish card front. 
4. Adhere inside layer.
